To create exceptional cider, we give the heirloom apples just what they need—a little fermentation artistry and magic. We unleash the apple’s peak flavor by fully fermenting the juice and allowing it to mellow for months. The result is complex, balanced, crisp, and dry cider. When enjoyed with our incredible local community, it’s a truly refreshing experience.

Every cider we make has been fully fermented and then aged for at least 5 to 8 months to produce a dry, crisp, naturally balanced cider. That clean taste lets you know it’s a Clear Fork Cider.
